1. How long does it take to get a site online?

This greatly depends on what you would like your site to do for you. If it's simply for information, say about 5 pages total, it should only take any developer about 10 business days to complete, not counting perfecting and debugging of the site to meet your specifications.

2. How much involvement can I have in creating my web page?

We ask for strong involvement from our clients from the start. Why is that? Because we desire to understand every idea, style and preference you have for your site. It is extremely difficult to give you exactly what you want if we cannot understand these basic concepts, so your involvement is very important to us. We love your input.

3. How much will it cost?

The cost of your site is dependent on what type of programming you prefer. If you would rather have a simple informational site that doesn't involve search engine promotion, forms or intense graphics, we start out at $75.00/hr. However, if you want to maintain your own site without having to know all of the confusing computer language or HTML, we can easily set up a web page for you with this special feature. Our hourly rate for this programming starts at $95.00/hr. depending on how complex you want it.

4. Are there any hidden fees I need to know about?

As with any type of business, we must charge for extensive work that is requested of us. Please know that maintaining a site (request of changes of any kind on your site once it is completed) does take some amount of time. Our hourly rate for any type of maintenance or extended work is $95.00/hr.

5. Will I have the option of changing something if I don't like it?

We always aim to please our customers and offer this service to you. Any changes requested after our work has been completed certainly can be considered. However, telling us, "I want my site to look like this," may not be enough for us to complete a site that you can be proud of.

There is also the fact that once programming is completed, it is somewhat difficult to manipulate it to meet excessive services if requested or thought of at a later time. We request that all of our clients create a site map and detailed information on how you want your site to operate before we begin. This will allow you to avoid extra fees and wasted time in the end. We need your input and highly encourage you to get involved as our goal is to please every customer we serve and give them what they want the first time around.

6. Will I be simply a number to you?

We value every customer who comes our way. Making you a priority is extremely important to us.
